Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a DevOps/SRE–style engineer to support provisioning, deployment, and security improvements across cloud infrastructure for Insurance applications. You will learn and apply best practices with senior engineers, gaining exposure to Azure, automation, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred).
• Basic networking concepts (VNETs, DNS, routing).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with containerization, serverless functions, or automation workflows is a plus.

About the Role:

This role will focus on assisting applications with provisioning needs, deployment support, and security improvements. You’ll help implement automation, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with senior engineers to learn and apply best practices. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of cloud technologies, automation tools, and data platforms.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (VNETs, DNS, routing).
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
• Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with concepts like containerization, serverless functions, or automation workflows is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience and/or technical certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP) will be considered.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
