The role collaborates with development, operations and product teams to enhance reliability, performance, and customer experience. As part of a global team, you will focus on triage, root cause analysis, and proactive improvements to reduce mean time to recovery and improve system health.

Qualifications

• Experience in automating IT services and pipelines.
• Familiarity with production readiness and incident response.

Responsibilities
