Job summary

Origami Risk is seeking an accomplished Site Reliability Engineer to advance our SaaS platform's reliability and scalability. The role focuses on post-incident root cause analysis, preventive measures, and client‑facing RCAs while helping teams optimize observability and incident response.

You will work with Cloud Operations, SRE, and Engineering teams to implement system improvements, develop client dashboards, and monitor MELT metrics. Hybrid work is available in the US, including Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role.
• Experience with SRE best practices and incident management protocols.
• Knowledge of observability tools such as New Relic, DataDog, Sumo Logic.

Responsibilities

• Leads post-incident investigations and performs root cause analysis.
• Develops preventive strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Creates client‑facing RCAs and observability dashboards.
• Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to improve scalability and stability.
• Monitors time to resolution and incident response metrics.
