Securities Frontline Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) play a critical role in our fast-paced trading environment. TheFrontline SRE Production Engineeringteam owns the reliability, scalability, and operation of automated trading systems in the production environment. This high-impact role bridges the gap between various teams, such as software engineering, client coverage, compliance, and trading operations. We analyze real-time trading issues, build software tools to eliminate operational toil, and manage robust UAT and Production environments. We constantly challenge the status quo, applying modern software engineering principles to ensure our trading platforms remain resilient and highly scalable.
As a Frontline SRE, you will be embedded directly within the firm's Global Banking & Markets business. You will play an active role in identifying and resolving inefficiencies in our daily support and operational workflows.
By participating in day-to-day operations, you will diagnose complex system behaviors, coordinate incident responses, manage post-mortems, and oversee safe software deployments. Leveraging your interest in financial markets and the insights gained from managing our production systems, you will directly influence, design, and implement enhancements to our electronic trading product offerings.

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $130,000-$250,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
