We are evolving our Reliability Engineering team to move beyond support and operations. As a Senior Engineer in Site Reliability, you will be part of a diverse and inclusive organization that has full ownership of the availability, performance, and scalability of one of the most critical shared services at LSEG.

We are looking for people with a passion for learning and a continuous‑improvement mindset to join our Electronic Trading (ET) team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, reliability, and operational excellence of our high‑performance FX trading platform—technology used by major financial institutions around the world.

This role plays a key part in ensuring our trading systems remain robust, secure, scalable, and highly available. You will work across complex, mission‑critical environments and drive architectural enhancements that support the future of our platform.

The ET platform is a highly configurable, component‑based FX dealing system delivered as isolated client instances. It supports direct electronic trading via web interfaces, connectivity adaptors, and APIs. The platform integrates seamlessly with market‑rate providers, credit engines, and backend services to enable full straight‑through processing.
