Job summary
Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to improve reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise apps and cloud infrastructure. The role blends software engineering with systems administration to automate operations, strengthen monitoring, and maintain highly available production environments.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SRE/DevOps with hands-on AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and CI/CD experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CKAD/CKA, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient systems.
- Monitor health to identify performance issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure management.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Establish service-level indicators, objectives, and reliability targets.
- Implement proactive alerting, logging, and monitoring solutions.
- Improve capacity planning and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with software, cloud, and security teams to improve reliability.
