Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to improve reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise apps and cloud infrastructure. You will automate operations, strengthen monitoring, and maintain highly available production environments.

Role requires extensive hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, and CI/CD tools. You will design scalable systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting production environments.
• Experience with cloud infra and distributed apps.
• Ability to automate infra and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient systems.
• Monitor health to identify performance issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks and infra management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Establish SLIs/SLOs and reliability targets.
• Implement proactive alerting, logging, and monitoring solutions.
• Improve capacity planning and disaster recovery processes.
• Collaborate with software, cloud, and security teams.
