Job summary

Air Apps seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to safeguard reliability, availability, and scalability of our AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). You will automate, monitor, and optimize systems across cloud environments, driving uptime and resilience.

You’ll own infrastructure as code, collaborate with software and DevOps teams, and implement RCA-based preventative measures while supporting on-call rotations and cloud-cost optimization.

Qualifications

4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems across cloud environments.
Develop and maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK).
Automate provisioning, deployments, and incident response with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
Improve uptime via performance optimization and incident response workflows.
Collaborate with dev and DevOps to enhance reliability and disaster recovery.
