Job summary

Alibaba Group in Bellevue, WA seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to build and maintain a high-availability model service platform. You will optimize monitoring, incident response, and automation to ensure reliability of AI inference services.

The role requires 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Python/Go, and experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes; bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps or backend development with distributed systems expertise.
• Experience with at least one modern language (Python, Golang, Java, C++).
• Strong ability to work under pressure, manage incidents, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Fluency in English and Chinese for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment, operation, and ongoing improvement of the platform and its services.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting; improve observability against SLA targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer-related QoS issues, collaborating with development teams.
