Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resilient tools, operational APIs and automation for effective system management.
• Diagnose incidents end to end and coordinate remediation.
• Build dashboards and operational views using telemetry from Grafana, Splunk, New Relic.
• Mentor colleagues and promote reliability across teams.
