Position Overview:
We are looking for a thoughtful and experienced L2 Site Reliability Engineer to join our globally distributed team. This role will provide critical overnight coverage from the US to support our India-based SREs and Engineering teams, enabling better cross-time-zone collaboration, faster issue resolution, and continuous system reliability.
In this role, you'll act as both a hands-on SRE and a mentor, helping junior SREs grow their troubleshooting skills, improve our team’s operational excellence, and drive forward incident and problem management efforts. You'll also partner closely with India-based product and engineering teams to enhance observability, reduce incidents, and improve system resilience. Additionally, you’ll support database-related activities during the overnight shift, including running vetted scripts and assisting with SQL debugging to unblock engineering teams and ensure system stability.
