Job summary

Intone Inc is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a 12-month contract based in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on reliable platform operations, monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure automation.

You will design and maintain monitoring and observability, lead incident investigations, and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, while applying DevSecOps practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Strong monitoring, logging, and incident response skills.
• Proficient with Terraform and IaC principles.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support reliable and secure platform operations
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis efforts
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, including creation and maintenance of infrastructure modules
• Implement and support automation across the platform
• Apply DevSecOps practices to infrastructure and operations

Qualifications

• Required
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering
  • Strong expertise in monitoring, logging, observability tools, and incident response/troubleshooting/root cause analysis
  • Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
• Preferred
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
  • Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms
  • Experience supporting automation initiatives
  • Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence
