Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and help build and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of monitoring systems like Prometheus, advanced scripting capabilities, and experience working with cloud-native technologies and platforms. This role blends software engineering and systems engineering to support, configure, and optimize production systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using cloud-native technologies
Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus and other observability tools
Write and maintain scripts across multiple languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) to automate tasks and manage infrastructure
Develop and maintain services and tools using Go
Collaborate with application development and operations teams to support and troubleshoot issues across the stack
Customize, configure, and maintain applications, ensuring efficient integration and support across platforms
Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Create and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and tools

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar DevOps role
Strong experience with Prometheus and observability best practices
Advanced scripting skills in multiple scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
Experience programming in Go
