Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the QC program on construction projects. You will conduct jobsite inspections, train team members, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents.

Responsibilities include developing a Project Specific Quality Control Plan, reporting findings to the Project Team and Leadership, and driving continuous improvement in the light and heavy industrial sectors.

Job description

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school AND a minimum of five years of construction experience OR a minimum seven years related construction experience with increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree.
• Experience within the light/heavy industrial sector highly desired.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
