Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a seasoned QA/QC leader to oversee quality management for a mission-critical construction project. You will ensure mechanical construction, piping, welding, and materials meet project specifications and applicable codes.

Responsibilities include managing inspectors, maintaining records, tracking nonconformances, and coordinating with project teams to support quality planning, scheduling, budgets, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction industry experience; general building contractor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical construction including process piping, hydronic piping, fuel oil, plumbing, high-purity piping, and medical gas systems.
• Welding experience with code-stamp certification.
• Experience in mission-critical construction or data centers preferred.
• Proficiency with QA/QC software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Cx Alloy, ProjectSight).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to work on active construction sites, travel to off-site locations, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Support quality planning, project scheduling, budgets, risk management, and change orders.
