Job summary

Curia is seeking a Site Head of Quality in Camarillo, CA to establish and maintain the site quality system, ensuring regulatory compliance across regions. You will lead the QA and QC laboratories, including chemistry and microbiology, and provide leadership for global quality standards implementation.

The role demands strategic quality oversight, collaboration with plant management, and accountability for product and process quality, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a scientific field; microbiology preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in Quality Operations in pharma/biologics/medical devices.
• Must have strong communication skills to collaborate and resolve obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Site Quality Organization (QA & QC) and oversee GMP compliance.
• Establish and maintain the site quality system to meet regulatory expectations across regions.
• Direct QA, QC, and environmental monitoring for chemistry and microbiology labs.
• Implement Curia global standards and procedures for high-quality decision making.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and ensure timely completion of stability testing.
• Manage site quality budget and resource allocation.
