Job summary

Curia in Camarillo, CA seeks a Site Head of Quality to establish and maintain the site quality system across global regions, ensuring cGMP compliance. You will lead the QA and QC laboratories (chemistry and microbiology), directing implementation of Curia standards and procedures to uphold the highest quality decisions.

You will drive quality improvements, manage budget, hire and develop talent, and provide data to management to reduce regulatory risk and improve site productivity.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a scientific field, microbiology preferred.
• 15+ years in Quality Operations in the pharmaceutical/biologics/medical devices industry.
• Must possess effective communication skills to collaborate with others and proactively resolve obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Quality organization (QA & QC) and oversee GMP compliance across operations.
• Ensure adequate manufacturing quality oversight from material dispensing to final product release for all products.
• Provide leadership for implementation of Curia global standards and procedures.
• Direct and manage Manufacturing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Systems & Compliance functions.
• Manage resources to ensure timely stability testing and regulatory readiness.
