Job summary

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM) seeks a Site Quality Manager to lead quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement across our Kerrville manufacturing operations.

You will ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), drive corrective and preventive actions, oversee audits, and partner with production, program management, and customers to elevate product conformity and process performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with management experience or equivalent quality and leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills.
• Experience with auditing, CAPA programs, manufacturing environments, and interpreting technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing inspections and quality metrics to ensure conformity.
• Monitoring quality metrics and supporting product realization activities.
• Facilitating training and competency development for quality personnel.
• Providing strategic recommendations based on quality data and process performance.
