Job summary

Georg Fischer in Irwindale, CA seeks a Senior Site Quality Leader to head QA, QC, supplier quality, customer quality, NPI/NPD quality and compliance. You will act as the primary contact for all quality matters, drive performance improvements, lead CAPA, reduce complaints and nonconformances, and ensure audits and reviews sustain ISO 9001/14001 and regulatory requirements.

• 8–10 years of progressive quality leadership in manufacturing.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CQA) preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001 and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality functions including QA, QC, supplier and customer quality.
• Drive CAPA and root-cause investigations to reduce defects and costs.
• Conduct audits and management reviews to ensure compliance.
• Coach and develop the quality team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
