Job summary

GE Vernova International LLC is seeking a Site Quality Specialist to bridge regional quality strategy with site-level execution. You will mentor site teams, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with leadership to resolve quality issues and reduce operational risk.

The role involves onsite travel, auditing, and leading RCA/CAPA activities to prevent non-conformances while advancing daily management and data integrity across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Quality, Construction and Commissioning.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• 5+ years of experience in working on site and experience on working with contractual matters related to the DoR of the Project would be valuable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Quality Governance & Compliance: Oversee adherence to site quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Auditing: Conduct site quality audits and report insights to leadership.
• Field Support: Travel to project sites to mentor teams on quality procedures.
• Change Management: Roll out new quality procedures and quality alerts across sites.
• Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation: Identify quality risks and lead cross-functional mitigation strategies.
• Incident Investigation: Lead RCA and CAPA for significant quality escapes.
• DM Adoption: Drive adoption of Daily Management tools and dashboards at sites.
• Benchmarking: Maintain regional Lessons Learned repository and share insights across projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent Site Quality in customer meetings, audits, and escalations.
