Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience building and maintaining a Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Quality Engineers and other QA resources.
• Coach Quality Engineers in interviewing and hiring processes.
• Develop and maintain the site's Quality Management System.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Ensure ISO 13485 and FDA compliance across the site.
• Drive continuous improvement and monitor key metrics.
