Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Leader for the Gray Court, SC area. This role supports automotive quality control and inspection missions on the 2nd shift, with responsibilities for supervising inspectors, coordinating missions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The Site Leader will establish strong customer relationships, manage day-to-day site operations, and drive 5S practices while ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel) and Outlook.
• Proficient in the use of gauges and measuring devices.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Set up and supervise missions.
• Staffing of missions.
• Train and validate inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions.
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material.
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work performed.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications.
