Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Vance, AL seeks a Sr. Site Leader on 1st shift to manage a site and lead a team of Site Leaders. You will drive quality services, provide guidance to personnel, and uphold customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include establishing customer relations, coordinating missions, training inspectors, audits, and safeguarding safety. You will report to the Site Manager and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a supervisory role
• 1+ year in Quality related position
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnel
• Daily communications with various stakeholders at the site level
• Set up and supervise missions
• Staffing of missions
• Training and validate inspectors
• Coordinate changes in missions
• Isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material
• Conduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performed
• Perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance to quality standards and specifications
