Job summary

RRD in Pittsburgh is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and internal standards. You will mentor staff, run high-impact projects to reduce cost and enhance quality, and partner with leadership to embed sustainable practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years with ISO/cGMP oversight, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 5+ years' experience including overseeing ISO and cGMP.
• Must analyze complex problems, identify critical elements and prioritize resources.
• Excellent communication and leadership across all levels; strong collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ISO quality mgmt systems; cGMP and SOC2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for QMS, ensuring ISO, cGMP and corporate quality standards.
• Performs root cause analysis and supports corrective/preventive actions.
• Reviews CAPAs, spoilage, and errors for high-risk accounts to prevent recurrence.
• Oversees internal audits and QMS metrics; presents findings in Management Reviews.
• Develops advanced process improvement methodologies to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Leads EHS program development and sustainability projects.
• Monitors quality training requirements and maintains trained resources.
• Ensures documentation and record retention meets standards.
• Assists in implementing proactive programs to reduce injuries.
• Provides expertise in EHS initiatives and change management.
