Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a site Quality leader to implement, maintain and continuously improve the QMS, driving high-impact projects to optimize cost, quality, and operational performance. You will serve as the primary site lead for continuous improvement and mentor staff while embedding sustainable best practices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience, including ISO and cGMP oversight, with strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including overseeing ISO and cGMP.
• Able to apply broad work experience to analyze complex problems and develop solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO, cGMP and corporate quality standards.
• Performs root cause analysis and CAPA support for site leadership.
• Reviews CAPAs, spoilage incidents, and errors for high-risk accounts and approves corrective actions.
• Oversees internal audits and QMS performance metrics with Management Reviews.
• Develops advanced process improvement methodologies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Leads improvement projects, including EHS program development and sustainability.
• Monitors training requirements and ensures adequate quality resources.
• Ensures documentation and record retention conformance.
