Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Station QHS Manager in Buckeye, AZ. The role is on-site, full-time, Monday through Friday with weekend availability.

Responsibilities include leading quality management, safety programs, and ISO/GDP compliance, while coordinating training, emergency plans, and incident investigations. A degree in safety/quality management and 5+ years in logistics safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in safety management, quality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Safety in logistics, warehousing and/or transportation.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance to QHS policies, programs and initiatives to improve quality of processes and services.
• Evaluate current processes to identify areas for improvement per quality procedures.
• Serve as the Site SME for Crane Worldwide Quality Management System and external standards (ISO, GDP).
• Establish quality improvement project teams and oversee progress and results.
• Lead the business in quality management and ISO certification processes.
• Develop new tools, methods and systems for quality improvement across the organization.
• Define SOPs and ensure adherence to documented procedures.
• Coordinate with Crane Safety Program and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Promote compliance to Crane''s global Safety policy via Safety Committees.
• Collaborate with Global QHSE Director on safety training and forklift training.
• Maintain training documentation for all QHSE programs via LMS.
• Develop site emergency response plans and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure Dangerous Goods regulatory compliance and manage non-conforming commodities.
• Work with Corporate QHSE and Global HazMat to train personnel.
• Ensure incidents are reported and investigated per policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
