Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Regional Quality Health & Safety Manager for the Americas to drive QHSE policy compliance, oversee regional process improvements, and act as the SME for ISO standards and the Crane Safety Program. You will collaborate with senior leaders to advance tools and training across the region.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in logistics/warehousing, strong supervisory experience, and a track record in quality management and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety or quality management required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, warehousing and transportation.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• TQM or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance to QHSE policies, programs and initiatives to improve the quality of processes and services.
• Oversees evaluation of current processes in the region to determine areas of improvement.
• Acts as the regional subject matter expert and as a liaison for the Crane Worldwide Quality Management System and external standards (ISO, GDP).
• Supports regional quality and safety improvement projects and oversees progress and results.
• Lead the business in quality management and certification processes.
• Develop tools and systems with leadership to ensure ongoing quality and safety improvements.
