Job summary

OFS is seeking a Project Site Manager to oversee planning, coordination, execution, completion, construction and commissioning of plant equipment, including aeroderivative turbines. The role ensures safety, schedule, budget adherence, and conformance with project specs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will lead day-to-day site construction, coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works, and manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field.
• Solar Turbines experience required.
• Experience in industrial, energy, utility, power plant, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and industry standards.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site construction activities.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Verify work is performed according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and safety on site.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Support testing and commissioning activities.
• Resolve construction-related issues during startup phases.
• Ensure completion of punch-list items and project closeout documentation.
