Goodall Brazier seeks a Senior Project Manager for on-site leadership of complex steel erection and heavy industrial projects in Birmingham, AL. You will own safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships from mobilization through turnover.

Experience in heavy industrial construction, power generation, and field leadership is required. Roles involve travel or temporary relocation as projects require, with substantial project ownership from day one.

• 8+ years in construction with real field leadership experience.
• Structural steel erection and/or heavy industrial project background (power generation, rigging, equipment installation a strong plus).
• Comfort running a job site full-time, with travel or temporary relocation as projects require.
• Sharp judgment and the ability to make fast, well-supported calls under pressure.

Senior Project Manager | Structural Steel & Heavy Industrial Construction

Our client, a well-established heavy industrial and structural steel construction contractor, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to take full on-site ownership of complex structural steel erection, heavy industrial, and power generation projects - from mobilization through final turnover. This isn't a support role: you'll run safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships in the field, with direct visibility to corporate leadership.
