Bandak is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Site Project Manager. The candidate is to be located in Austin, Texas. The Candidate will provide project management services for our commercial sector, specifically focused on advanced manufacturing with a keen understanding of energetic and large-scale development projects.

General Position Overview:

Candidates must possess the demonstrated qualifications and experience in all areas of project management including; estimating, scheduling, design management, constructability management, project accounting, contract development, client management, and other project management skills. The Project Manager position requires the ability to balance the technical aspects of the scope of a project while effectively advocating for our clients and working seamlessly with the variety of professionals providing service on the project. Strong on-site construction experience is important.

Qualifications:

• a.Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry. Relevant field of study includes Construction Management or Service, and / or Design-related field of study.
• b.Candidate must have experience managing contractors, design teams, third-party consultants.
• c.Strong skills using applications such as MS Office, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, P6 Primavera, and Adobe.
• d.Candidate must demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills. This is very important.

Responsibilities:

• a.Effectively managing the relationships between the client, design team, contractor and any other agency representatives. A project manager is also expected to further develop these relationships.
• b.Responsible for coordinating and directing multiple disciplines in a high intensity environment.
• c.Direct and coordinate activities between architect, engineers, the general contractor, and other disciplines to ensure the project maintains budget and schedule.
• d.Provide cursory enforcement of the contract and diligently work with the applicable teams for contract and scope compliance.
• e.Responsible for the leadership, organization, and execution of project assignments for projects both large and small.
• f.Must be proficient in estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress billing, design review, cost reporting, proposal preparation, and communication.
• g.Communicate with the client and their agents on all relevant issues in an expeditious and responsible manner. Must have an understanding of project risks and develop mitigation plans and strategies.
• h.Responsible for traveling to each job site and engage in physical activities to manage the site. These include but are not limited to: standing for long periods of time, walking over uneven terrain, climbing, stooping, lifting, and other related activities.
