Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–7 years in construction industry.
• Experience managing contractors, design teams and third-party consultants.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, MS Project, P6 Primavera and Adobe.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing client, design team, contractor and agency relationships.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines in a high intensity environment.
• Direct and coordinate activities between architect, engineers and GC to maintain budget and schedule.
• Provide enforcement of contract scope and work with teams for compliance.
• Lead project assignments for large and small projects with organization and execution.
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, cost reporting, and progress billing.
• Communicate with clients on issues, assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Travel to job sites and perform on-site activities as required.
