Job summary

BrightPath is hiring a Program Manager for a single-site two-person high-acuity residential home in Apple Valley, MN. You will lead one house and a small team, providing clinical oversight of behavior support plans and trauma-informed care for an adolescent and an adult with complex needs.

The role emphasizes structured intervention, staff supervision, and real collaboration with Clinical Director and Operations. Evening shifts and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field + 1 year of direct care experience with persons with disabilities or ages 65+ OR
• Associate's degree in a human services field + 2 years of direct care experience OR
• Diploma in a human services field + 3 years of direct care experience OR
• 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities, plus relevant direct care experience

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations: staffing, scheduling, person-served supports, household operations
• Maintain staffing schedule and approve overtime with Residential Operations Manager
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and respond to issues in real time
• Oversee behavior support plan implementation and data reporting
• Serve as 245D Designated Coordinator and oversee person-centered supports
• Coordinate supports for an adolescent and an adult under one roof
• Ensure DHS 245D documentation and licensing readiness
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Behavior Technicians; build site retention
• Collaborate with residential leadership, county agencies, and families
• Maintain compliance, training, and performance measurement
