Amazon Inc. is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to bridge centralized Procurement with the building leadership at a Fulfillment Center. You will own indirect procurement at the site, managing 3P suppliers, PO management, inventory control, and KPI reporting to drive efficiencies.

This role involves travel to sites and collaboration with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams. You will lead supplier performance efforts, implement best practices across networks, and support Procure-to-Pay

Competenze

• Experience leading indirect procurement at the site level.
• Strong vendor management and supplier performance tracking skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Facilities.

Mansioni

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including supplier management, non-inventory labor, flow and space models, cycle counts, inventory management, and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and benchmark procurement processes including non-inventory items.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across similar buildings.
• Train Operations, Loss Prevention, PXT, Transportation, Facilities Management, and Safety teams on procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement Operations to measure savings and category metrics.
• Assist budgeting and blanket PO management.
• Monitor supplier performance using scorecards and Global Audit Tools for 3P suppliers; drive category improvements.
• Ensure 3P suppliers comply with contracts and SLA terms.
• Track savings performance and implement action plans to reduce waste; standardize best practices network-wide.
• Develop innovative procurement solutions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Track supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with AP and internal teams to resolve vendor payment issues.
• Support Procure-to-Pay execution and local sourcing activities.
• Assist GPCS and GPO pillars in procurement activities.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and open dock doors.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Travel regularly to assigned sites; distances may exceed 50 miles.
