Job summary

Children's Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead site-specific pharmacy operations, guiding staff and ensuring compliant, high-quality medication use across the campus. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to optimize services and implement new systems while maintaining adherence to policies and professional standards.

The role requires a PharmD, Minnesota licensure, BLS, and at least three years in a health-system setting with leadership

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited institution or equivalent with FPGEE/FPGEC if trained abroad.
• Minnesota pharmacist licensure current or within three months of hire.
• BLS certification current or within three months of hire.
• Three years’ pharmacist experience in a health-system with planned oversight; mgmt residency waives this.
• Advanced managerial education (MS/MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct site-specific pharmacy operations and lead pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders to improve services.
• Ensure compliance with department policies, state/federal requirements, and professional standards.
• Represent the department in projects and system improvements across campus.
• Coordinate allocation of resources to implement new services or systems.
