Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient-centered pharmaceutical care within specialty practice areas.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support evidence-based clinical practice.
• Develop clinical guidelines, policies, and medication-use protocols.
• Provide education to patients, pharmacists, providers, and healthcare staff.
• Support pharmacy leadership through operational improvements and program development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
• Current Minnesota Pharmacist license (or eligible within three months of hire).
• Specialty Pharmacy Residency or equivalent health-system experience required.
• Strong knowledge of specialty medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy practice.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Board certification in a pharmacy specialty preferred.
