Job summary

DM Clinical Research Group seeks a Business Operations Coordinator to support operational projects, site development, and vendor services across the national site network. You will help with onboarding, readiness, documentation, and PBMC qualification activities.

Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment and to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare admin, ops management or project management preferred.
• 1–2 years in operations coordination, vendor communication, or admin support preferred.
• Lab exposure, PBMC qualification training, or lab support experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor services setup across DM Clinical Research locations.
• Collect pricing, service details, onboarding docs, and materials from vendors.
• Support onboarding and service implementation with leadership and other departments.
• Maintain centralized vendor records, service trackers, and contact details.
• Follow up with stakeholders to progress service requests and setups.
• Assist with PBMC qualification program training and readiness activities.
