Job summary

BD is seeking a Clinical Safety Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support for the Clinical Safety team across BD Peripheral Intervention studies. You will ensure scientific quality, integrity, and ethics in study activities and maintain strong site relationships.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with safety reporting, and the ability to travel up to 10% to support sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in clinical research with clinical safety management, medical device safety reporting, or in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of domestic and international clinical research regulations and guidelines, GCP and current industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for BDPI clinical safety activities to enable successful completion of study objectives.
• Ensure quality and compliance for safety-related activities conducted for assigned studies per BD procedures, GCP and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with investigational site staff and cross-functional study teams.
• Facilitate communication between clinical sites and BD stakeholders as needed.
• Support TMF maintenance for Clinical Safety documentation and conduct audits to ensure audit readiness.
