Job summary

BD is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Operations Support professional to enable successful completion of BDPI clinical studies. You will coordinate, document and ship study supplies, manage inventory, and ensure quality and ethics across activities in accordance with GCP and applicable regulations.

In this role you will support TMF maintenance, CTMS data updates, and collaboration with investigators and BD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical research experience in medical devices, pharma, or biotech.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for BDPI clinical studies to enable study objectives.
• Ensure quality and compliance with GCP and regulations.
• Prepare and ship clinical study supplies and investigational products.
• Manage inventory and accountability of study materials.
• Support TMF maintenance and site audits to ensure audit-ready files.
• Maintain CTMS data and assist with study documents and contracts.
