Job summary

Syngenta in Pasco, Washington, seeks an Operational Excellence & Transformation Lead, Site Operations, to drive the site's OE and transformation agenda for vegetable seed processing. You will lead cross-functional improvement, automation, and reliability initiatives to deliver measurable gains in delivery, cost, capability, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Agriculture, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt desirable.
• At least 5 years in continuous improvement, transformation, operations, engineering, maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of people leadership or supervisory experience, including contractor management.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement or transformation projects outside normal plant activities.
• U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional improvement, digital, automation, capital, and reliability projects from opportunity identification through implementation and benefits realization.
• Provide functional leadership for the maintenance department and own site maintenance and reliability strategy.
• Translate site strategy into a prioritized OE and transformation roadmap and manage project portfolios.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, visual management, and standard work to remove waste and improve process capability.
