Job summary

You will oversee staff, monitor workflows, and resolve real-time logistical issues to guarantee uninterrupted service. On-site attendance/shifts are recorded, and you will be the primary contact for government representatives on site matters.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in managing and supervising secure transportation operations or detention operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of onsite operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and contractual performance standards.
• Direct oversight of subordinate staff, monitoring workflows and addressing real-time logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate on-site records of personnel attendance and shift performance.
• Serve as the immediate point of contact for government representatives regarding site-specific concerns.
