Job summary

Asset Protection and Security is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily on-site operations, ensure safe and efficient transportation services, and manage staff performance. The role requires direct supervision of personnel, real-time problem solving, and accurate attendance/shift records.

You will also coordinate with government representatives on site matters, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in supervising secure transportation

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing and supervising secure transportation operations or detention operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise onsite operations on a daily basis.
• Directly oversee subordinate staff and shift performance.

• Address real-time logistical challenges to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Maintain accurate, on-site records of personnel attendance and shift activity.
