Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop team leads to enable top performance and escalation handling.
• Identify and address performance, behavior, and attendance issues using formal processes.
• Participate in staffing and hiring activities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and guidance on processes.
• Hold regular team meetings and communicate client/process changes promptly.
