Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, logistics, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred in relevant field.
• Experience supervising operations, distribution, or related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities including operations, safety, compliance, customer service, scheduling, and site readiness.
• Lead, train, and supervise site employees; coordinate work by contractors and vendors for safe, efficient operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture; ensure PPE, equipment safety, and site procedures are followed; maintain safety meetings and compliance docs.
• Monitor workflow, equipment usage, productivity, inventory awareness, and site organization; implement process improvements.
• Support local customer sales opportunities within the site area; collaborate with sales and internal teams.
• Assist customers and internal staff with product information, pricing, invoices, AR, collections, and debit/credit memo questions.
• Operate or oversee safe use of heavy equipment as needed (front loaders, forklifts, excavators).
• Communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business needs.
