Qualifications

• Education includes a Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of program management, planning, budgeting, and contract compliance is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage customer expectations and maintain safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Maintains inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Assists with budgets, cost estimates, bids, and contracts.
• Coordinates program specifications and documents for proposals and contracts.
• Maintains financial data such as labor hours, overhead, and billing.
• Directs supervisory management and liaises between company, customers, and subcontractors.
• Ensures site meets budget goals and safety requirements.
• Occasional travel to various work locations may be required.
