Job summary

Cango Inc. is seeking an on-site Data Center Operations Lead based in Georgia, Soperton/Atlanta area. You will drive uptime through SOPs/EOPs, oversee GPU servers, ASIC miners, switches, and cooling systems, and supervise field technicians.

You’ll coordinate shift coverage, enforce OSHA safety standards, and report operational metrics to HQ. The role requires 1–3 years in IDC or high-density facilities, strong electrical and network knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data center or high-density computing facility operations, fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (UPS, PDU, switchgear) and cooling.
• Experience managing SLAs, predictive maintenance, and leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, CS, or related STEM field.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Soperton/Atlanta area.

What You're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Center (IDC) or high-density computing facility operations; Fluent in English
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems (UPS, PDU, Switchgear), cooling systems, and network infrastructure (Fiber, SFP, Fortigate)
• Experience managing SLAs, conducting predictive maintenance, and leading technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Soperton/Atlanta area
• Strong ownership mindset — proactively investigates, escalates, and resolves issues rather than waiting for direction
