Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background and CORI check.
• Comfortable providing personal care to participants.
• At least six months of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned site.
• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain staffing ratios.
• Manage medication, documentation, and program finances.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation of participant goals.
