Job summary

First Quality Tissue Defiance, OH is seeking an Operations Maintenance Coordinator to safely execute maintenance tasks, support inventory accuracy, and maintain high standards for housekeeping and safety.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance and operations teams, troubleshooting production equipment, and guiding planning and scheduling of work orders, with training initially in Anderson, SC and a focus on cost efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of INFOR or other CMMS is required.
• Knowledge of product specifications, quality specs, goals, efficiency, scrap and production.
• SAP and Microsoft Project knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety‐first culture and model safe work practices.
• Own and manage work orders (WO) and backlog with planning/scheduling.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams on equipment repairs.
• Assist Project Engineering on improvement projects and cost justifications.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and guide root cause analysis.
• Mentor maintenance leads and ensure quality in repairs and processes.
