Job summary

Edwards Vacuum, a division of Atlas Copco, is seeking a Site Manager for our City of Industry, CA facility. You will lead site operations, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and financial performance.

You will establish KPIs, manage planning and staffing, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and industry experience will be considered.
• Leadership experience in service operations, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Experience managing operational budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for site operations and service center performance.
• Direct and coordinate all operational activities, including planning, scheduling, workflow management, inventory control, and service delivery.
• Establish KPIs and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to address operational and quality issues.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
