Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial operations; 2+ years supervising hydroblasting and vacuum truck ops.
• Certifications: OSHA or related safety certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all service lines including hydroblasting, and vacuum truck.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead, train, and mentor operators and technicians.
• Plan and coordinate hydroblasting, vacuum truck, and mechanical projects.
• Ensure safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, address concerns.
• Monitor work quality, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Maintain records of operations, logs, incidents, and maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Willingness to work onsite in Port Lavaca; relocation assistance possible.
