Job summary

Miller Integrated Solutions seeks a Management level professional to supervise hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations in Robstown, TX. You will lead, train, and mentor a diverse team, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing client communications, and maintaining equipment uptime while upholding quality and safety. Onsite work in Port Lavaca with potential relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in industrial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role overseeing hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in hydroblasting, vacuum truck operations, and safety (e.g., OSHA) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Miller Integrated Solutions service lines including Hydroblasting and Vacuum Truck.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians to foster safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan and coordinate hydroblasting, vacuum truck and mechanical projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and client communication.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, conduct regular safety meetings, and address safety concerns promptly.
• Monitor work quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions to meet client standards.
• Maintain accurate records of operations including daily logs, incident reports, and maintenance records.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
